Shipping and Handling
The Tin Man, Inc. provides FREE
shipping and handling on all orders within the continental United States, utilizing our choice of delivery service. International shipments may encounter additional shipping and handling
charges. Customers requiring expedited shipping will be responsible for any additional charges.
Taxes
We
are located near and ship from Cleveland, GA (White County), so sales tax must be included on all retail sales made in the
State of Georgia. Products shipped from our facility are charged at the White County rate. Sales tax rates vary by county,
and tax rates may be different when we are at festivals and events in other counties.
Payment Methods
For online orders, through PayPal, we
accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express and EFT. For phone orders we email customers an invoice, which can then be paid by
any of the above methods. A PayPal account is not required for payment.
We also accept checks, with products shipped after clearance.
